Fadia Salman, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Fadia Salman is the founder and co-owner of Watch Me Grow ABA and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she worked hands-on with children and families, building the foundation for the compassionate, individualized care she provides today.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Fadia initially planned to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology, but her interest in ABA led her down a different path. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, she made the decision to go back to school and pursue her Master’s in ABA from Ball State University with a specialty in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Despite the challenges of the time, she remained dedicated to her career and became a BCBA in 2023. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise, focusing on evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.
Fadia has extensive experience working with children and teens, ages 2 to 18, across various settings—including in-home, clinic-based, individual, and group therapy. At Watch Me Grow ABA, she is committed to providing personalized, high-quality support that empowers children and families to reach their fullest potential.
She firmly believes that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and succeed—and she is honored to be part of that journey.
Outside of work, Fadia enjoys watching football and spending time with her fiancée and their four cats. She also loves exploring new restaurants and trying different foods, always on the lookout for her next favorite spot.
