Gladys Michelle Mazariegos, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Gladys Mazariegos is the co-owner of Watch Me Grow ABA and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she built a strong foundation in providing quality care. During her time as an RBT, she learned how to pair and build rapport with clients, and use play to reinforce socialization while teaching functional communication. She became a BCBA in 2021, refining her skills in aligning treatment with both client needs and family values.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Since 2018, Gladys has been deeply involved in clinical practice, supporting children aged 2 to 18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. To best support her clients, she utilizes ABA to identify the function of behaviors, teach appropriate replacement behaviors that serve the same function, and model and reinforce coping skills. Her experience includes direct intervention, parent collaboration, supervising and mentoring RBTs, and working alongside fellow BCBAs. She incorporates evidence-based assessments such as PEAK and ABLLS while integrating ESDM and ACT principles into individualized programs.
As a dedicated professional and mother of three kind and beautiful daughters, Gladys combines her passion for psychology with a commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. She loves spending time with her husband, three daughters, dog, and cat, and enjoys taking dance or workout classes in her free time.
